繚 Belt Sander

It employs a continual moving belt driven present in two rollers. It is primarily used on rough flat surfaces and is not aimed at finishing responsibilities. Move with the grain of the wood. It comes in different sizes such as 3" period 18", 3" x 21", 3" x 24" and 4" by 24", where the first number refers to the width of the belt the opposite number refers to the overall length of the belt. The pad sander, or use the palm sander as it fits in the palm of the hand, comes in two varieties:

Orbital - generally known as a sheet sander since it uses rectangular sheets that can be cut out of common sandpaper sheets. As the pad moves backwards and forwards, it has to move in addition to the grain.

Random orbit - It can possibly sand in a definitely random orbit, at speeds up to 12, 000 revolutions per minute. This random motion provides the sander to leave a beautiful finish without the sanding marks that disk sanders or belt sanders escape. They are more aggressive then this orbital sander and tend to be moved across the grain to all of direction.

繚 Detail Sander

Also known as a finishing sander. It typically has a triangular base plate in order to fit into nooks and additionally tight corners.

繚 Finger Sander
